A Note on Community

All of our spaces are grounded in respect, inclusion, and empathy. This is not just another forum — it’s a community built with care.

We’re here to support each other, not diagnose or debate.

How it Works

Once you’ve found the group (or groups) that resonate with you,  you can submit a request to join using the form attached to each group. We review every request to make sure our spaces stay supportive, safe, and intentional. Once approved, you’ll receive a welcome email and a Slack invite to join your private group channel.

Inside, you'll be able to:

You can join more than one group, and you can move between them as your journey evolves.
